A fountain that looks grand in a garden centre can look lost on a lawn, or swallow a small courtyard. Put it down and look at it.

Water features need a level base, a power supply and a sensible distance from overhanging trees.
Let them scan it and hold their own phone up

Weights are approximate and include water where the feature holds it. Outdoor electrical work must comply with BS 7671 and Part P of the Building Regulations, and any buried cable must be armoured or in suitable duct at the correct depth. Running costs assume 27p per kWh and will vary. Ponds deeper than 300mm need care where young children have access.
