The indoor head is bigger than they picture
Everybody nods at a wall unit in a brochure. Put a 900mm head on the bedroom wall at real size and they start looking at where it goes.

Once it appears: one finger drags it, two fingers turn it. It does not need a clear floor. Drop it where it fits and judge the size against what is already there.
What size, and where does it go?
Undersize it and it runs flat out. Oversize it and it short cycles and never dries the air.
Let them scan it and hold their own phone up
The camera view only works on a phone. Point the code at their camera, and this page opens on their handset. That is the moment the idea sells itself.
